Said goodbye to Tai San at Brisbane Airport. He headed home to Korea! Was a sad day but will catch up with him again!

Wet 'N' Wild

Went to Wet 'n Wild with Tai and Makiko! Was great fun. Had a ball. Don't think I have laughed so much in quite a while. Started off a crappy overcast day but turned out to be sunny and hot which in my case is probably a bad thing as I burn so quick. But 5 liters of sunscreen later I survived!

Dinner at Mum's

Went to Mum's house for a farewell dinner with Tai San and Makiko. Absolutely awesome dinner! Roast chicken and vegies!!!! Was Tai and Makiko's first roast ever and not much remained except a picked apart chicken skeleton. After dinner we went for a firetwirl. A bit windy but was a good laugh.

Sharks!!

SHARKS - 12.02.06

This photo is from the Gold Coast Bulletin! No body informed me there were packs of sharks and beaches had been closed so I went for an after work surf right near where this photo was taken until dusk!

I was wondering why not many people were out on a sunday arvo. Oh well surf was small but fun and I survived to surf another day!

New Surfboard

10.02.06 - New Surfboard

I got my third surfboard today! A 6.4 rounded pin for bigger surf. I had it made in preperation for Bali.

Surf forecast isn't looking good with small waves for a while

so may be a while until I get to try it out!

A friend of mine named it for me "Nagisa" which is Japanese for the place where waves meet the sand. Or something like that!!!

New Snowboard!!

New Snowboard!!

After doing a little extra work before xmas I invested in a brand new snowboard, boots and bindings. Got an awesome deal as it was all 2005 stock and they wanted to get rid of it. I probably looked a bit weird walking back to my car in the middle of summer on the Gold Coast with a snowboard! Only drama is I have to wait a year until I get to use it!!!

Fixed Surfboard

26.01.06 - Surfboard Repaired

After 13 days of having to surf my old, fat slow board my mate James fixed the nose of my board which I creased on a crappy afternoon shorebreak.

Am so stoked to have her back and James did an awesome job!!!!
